We understand that often the items ordered are to celebrate a pet that has crossed the rainbow bridge or to celebrate an accomplishment, therefore, nothing is ever sent out that we wouldn't ourselves want to display. I pretty much just sent her the pictures and she did all the other work. well worth the money and the quality is great. I love creating new and different things. I also love my animals. I've always wanted to find a way to merge the two and do something unique. So why not create something to show off all my animals. I started creating things for the equine crowd and many of the items are horse related. However, many can be modified for any pet or even family member. I believe that you should be involved in the creation of your special item and that's why I work with you on every aspect from color, correct size, photos, personalization, (even pricing). If you're not happy, I'm not happy. Also, I'm very fussy about the items I create and won't send out anything I wouldn't display in my own home.
